UNCG Announces Spring Soccer Schedule

The UNCG men's soccer team will play a short schedule of exhibition games through the end of April during its spring season.

Coach Michael Parker's squad will host NCAA Championship participant Kentucky March 30 and the D3 Pro League's Greensboro Dynamo April 16. Both games will kick off at 7 pm in the UNCG Soccer Stadium and are free and open to the public.

The Spartans will play a series of mini-games in Jacksonville, NC, April 1 and is scheduled to play at Charlotte April 11 at 7 pm.

UNCG was 12-7-1 last fall and was unbeaten (9-0-1) in a 10-game stretch from September 15 to October 13.

The Spartans finished in a three-way tie for second in the Southern Conference and were eliminated in the first round of the conference tournament by Charleston, 3-2.
